Naomi is an experienced math teacher and department lead, who joined Advantage Schools in September 2019.
Prior to joining the trust Naomi taught for six years in central London where she developed a passion for becoming and supporting others to become expert teachers of maths. In particular, Naomi enjoys creating highly effective strategies for teaching difficult concepts, planning and resourcing excellent curricula and training other teachers to become skilled practitioners.
Naomi is currently studying for a masters in expert teaching, putting educational research into practice in her classroom, while ensuring her learning is passed on to her team.
